From 2022-2024, I played a key role in creative design for Uber’s expanding services in Canada and the United States, which included delivery services for groceries, pharmacy, alcohol, convenience, and retail. I created innovative visuals and designs for a wide range of marketing efforts, from dynamic CRM campaigns to eye-catching brand banner artwork, enhancing the overall brand experience across these diverse sectors.

Overview
With new retailers frequently launching on the Uber Eats platform, much of the traffic was driven by targeted CRM campaigns. I developed all of the creative assets for these campaigns, featuring brands like Walmart, Hy-Vee, Metro, Costco, and more. This consistent promotion of an expanded grocery selection contributed to a 50% year-over-year growth in 2023.
While the designs adhered to the Uber Eats brand style, I introduced creative enhancements that elevated the typical emails consumers received, making them more engaging and impactful.
